Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Green Lantern (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shamrock has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. Green Lantern has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock throws a hook to the side of Lantern's head but Lantern sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Shamrock fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lantern on the side of the head.
Lantern staying out of range there.
Shamrock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lantern moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shamrock lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lantern slips a jab from Shamrock.
Shamrock throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Shamrock scores with a nice strike.
Lantern shoots for a double leg takedown but Shamrock sprawls well. He's pushed Lantern's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Shamrock is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lantern is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shamrock throws a series of punches but Lantern moves out of range.
Lantern takes a jab right on the kisser.
Oh Lantern is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shamrock cracks Lantern on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Lantern falls backwards against the cage. Shamrock follows up with more strikes that drop Lantern to his knees. Shamrock keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Lantern! This one is all over!
