Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yokida Matae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vvierme Llamer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Llamer has chosen Prodigy - Spitfire as his entrance music. Yokida Matae has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Llamer looks to land a right hand but Matae moved out of range.
Matae displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Llamer throws out the jab.
Llamer connects with an inside leg kick.

and Matae counters with a nice uppercut.
Matae ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Llamer moves away.

Llamer moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Yokida Matae has been cut.
Llamer throws a leg kick but Matae sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Llamer finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Matae's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Llamer connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Matae scrambles back to his feet.
Matae throws an overhand right that lands on Llamer's shoulder, as Llamer tries to avoid the shot.

Llamer lunges at Matae with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Matae's hand.
Matae throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Llamer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Matae crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Llamer - the referee stops the clock and Matae gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Llamer. Matae manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Llamer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Llamer lands a right hook to the body.
Llamer ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Nice uppercut lands for Llamer. That snapped Matae's head back.
Matae fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Llamer is out of range.
Llamer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Llamer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Llamer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Matae is looking to get to half guard.

Llamer is landing with some decent strikes but Matae is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Matae is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Llamer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Matae tries to lock up and control but Llamer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Matae wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Llamer.
