Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Barry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonard Rockstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockstein has chosen I'm just a Rock 'n' Roll Clown - Dr Rockzo as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barry tries to clinch up.

Barry lands with a nice combination. Rockstein backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Leonard Rockstein has been cut.
Barry throws a leg kick but Rockstein sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Barry fails with an attempt to clinch.
Barry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Rockstein paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rockstein throws a combination. Barry tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Barry tries to close the distance and clinch but Rockstein swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Barry tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Rockstein manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Patrick Barry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barry with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rockstein to score with a decent uppercut.

Rockstein escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Barry looks to score with a jab to the body but Rockstein is just out of range.
Barry throws a head kick that misses.
Barry takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rockstein lands the left hand.
Rockstein misses with a low kick.
Barry misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Barry tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Rockstein counters with a nice body shot.
Barry is breathing heavily.
Barry tries to clinch but Rockstein moves out of range.

Rockstein fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The fight stays on the outside here - Barry looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rockstein throws a combination. Barry tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Rockstein rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Barry moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barry is looking to clinch but Rockstein is avoiding it.

Barry takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Rockstein connects with a good right hand that stumbles Barry. Barry circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Rockstein lands a nice looking body kick.
Barry moves to clinch but Rockstein breaks away
and Rockstein counters with a nice low kick that buckles Barry's knee momentarily.
Barry takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rockstein tests Barry's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nice uppercut there from Rockstein.
Rockstein lands with a straight right. Barry didn't see that one coming.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rockstein scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Rockstein stalks Barry and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Barry's face. Barry staggers backwards, shaken.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Rockstein lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Barry is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Rockstein is looking to slow Barry down with leg kicks.
Rockstein connects with a good right hand that stumbles Barry. Barry circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Rockstein throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Rockstein feints and then cracks Barry's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Barry down.
Rockstein cracks Barry with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Barry falls to his knees and Rockstein doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
