Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Kirby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramirez comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth-Trust. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kirby as he jumps to the side.
Ramirez moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Kirby throws the left hand but Ramirez avoids the punch easily.
Ramirez fails with a takedown attempt.
Kirby changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kirby misses with a hook.
Nice uppercut lands for Kirby. That snapped Ramirez's head back.
Ramirez throws a low kick but Kirby moves out of range easily.
Kirby tests Ramirez's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ramirez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kirby shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ramirez's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Kirby is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Ramirez manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Kirby is looking to improve his position but Ramirez isn't that keen on the idea.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kirby bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Ramirez is controlling Kirby's posture.
Kirby stands and throws Ramirez's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Kirby is looking to take a break and control but Ramirez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
You can see the frustration on Ramirez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Ramirez is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The strikes coming from Kirby are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Ramirez manages to get back to half guard.
Ramirez is trying to maintain the position but Kirby is very close to passing his half guard.
Ramirez flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Kirby is nestled in close to Ramirez, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kirby lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ramirez avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kirby.
Ramirez wants to control but Kirby is keeping busy.
Kirby wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ramirez keeps working.
Ramirez is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Kirby is tapping! Great win for Ramirez!
