Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Slick Inakmas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joseph Brown!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inakmas gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Inakmas bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Brown tries to buck Inakmas off but Inakmas is having none of it.
A lull in the action here as Inakmas stalls from top position.
Inakmas scores with punches from side control.
Inakmas creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Brown sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Inakmas wants to control but Brown is keeping him busy.

Inakmas lands a big shot there that rocks Brown but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Brown enables Inakmas to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brown manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
