The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rigogo cracks a nice hook into Vega's ribs.
Vega avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rigogo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Vega's guard.
Vega has momentary wrist control but Rigogo slips an elbow through the middle.
Rigogo scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Rigogo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Rigogo connects with a couple of short punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rigogo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Vega can't keep his opponent in guard - Rigogo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Rigogo seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Vega is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
