Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bill Goldberg!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldberg stuffs the takedown attempt from Neto. Neto gets slowly back to his feet.
Neto shoots for a double leg takedown but Goldberg sprawls well. He's pushed Neto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Goldberg is defended easily by Neto.
Goldberg stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Goldberg wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Celso Neto. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Neto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Goldberg is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Goldberg might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Neto kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Goldberg is looking for a triangle here but Neto uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Neto avoids the strikes from the bottom by Goldberg.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Goldberg is not content to let Neto control the position.
Goldberg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Neto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Goldberg is trying to get back to half guard.
Goldberg can't do much from the bottom here.

Goldberg trying to hold on to Neto's head to control him but Neto postures up.
Goldberg trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Neto manages to pass to mount!

Goldberg tries to hold on but Neto pushes him away.
Goldberg is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Goldberg looks gassed!
Goldberg throwing hammer fists to the chest of Neto. What's that going to do exactly?
Neto pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Goldberg keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Neto landing strikes from the mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Goldberg tries to lock up and control but Neto gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Neto working for a guillotine from mount but Goldberg is in no mood to give up.
Neto throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Goldberg has his hands clasped together but Neto breaks the hold and Goldberg is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Neto!
