Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jake Tyler has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jake Tyler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Will West!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West moves in looking to clinch but Tyler pushes him off.
Tyler with a poor takedown
and West counters with an outside leg kick.
Tyler misses with a takedown attempt
and West counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
West is struggling to control the position.
Tyler tries a body shot but West blocks it.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Tyler as West tries to tie him up.
Tyler lands a left hand that snaps the head of West backwards.
Tyler tries to throw a body punch but West avoids it by throwing Tyler back against the cage.
Tyler misses with some punches.
West throws an elbow that misses.
West looking to stall.
West trying to land knees to the body.
West's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
West is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tyler breaks from the clinch.
Tyler with a poor takedown
and West counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Tyler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
West shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
West landing strikes, looking to finish!
West controlling the position easily from mount.
Tyler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for West on the ground.

West lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

West lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
BOOM! West connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Tyler is rocked!
West is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Oh Tyler is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
West loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Tyler scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from West land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. West stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Will West!
