Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cronus Stryfe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Lobo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cronus Stryfe could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Joe Lobo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stryfe throws a jab but it's blocked by Lobo.
A swing and a miss from Stryfe.
Lobo moves away from the strike by Stryfe.
Lobo swings for the body but Stryfe moves out of range.
Stryfe is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lobo.
Stryfe misses with a looping right.
Lobo moves out of range as Stryfe strikes.
Stryfe moves out of range as Lobo throws a body kick.
Stryfe scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Lobo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Stryfe wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Lobo tries for a takedown but Stryfe manages to get underhooks.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stryfe postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lobo is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Stryfe, into his guard.
Lobo seems to have recovered his senses.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stryfe has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lobo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Stryfe.
Stryfe is breathing heavily.

Lobo jumps into guard, dragging Stryfe to the mat.
Lobo wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Lobo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stryfe pinned against the cage. Stryfe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

It looks like Cronus Stryfe has been cut.
Lobo shoots in and drives through. Stryfe sprawls well.

Lobo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Stryfe throws his legs up looking for a submission but Lobo uses it to pass to side control.
Stryfe manages to get back to half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Stryfe is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lobo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lobo's back!

Stryfe is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Lobo is defending well though. Stryfe let's go of the attempt for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Cronus Stryfe will probably get the nod.
