Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Fran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Donkey Kong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Oliver Fran!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fran fails to land the takedown.
Kong shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Kong not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Kong is looking to take a break and control but Fran is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kong with the ground and pound but Fran uses the opportunity to regain guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Fran has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Kong wants to control from the top but Fran keeps moving.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Fran shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Kong is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Fran throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Kong because Fran loaded up on that one.
Fran unloads with some shots from mount but Kong bucks and avoids them well.

Fran is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kong to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kong shrugs it off.

Fran is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kong can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kong tries to close the distance and clinch but Fran swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kong shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kong showed some decent athleticism there.

Fran moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Fran is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kong is aware though and is defending well.

Fran is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Fran just trying to survive but Kong is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Oliver Fran has got the better of the ground game so far.
Fran might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kong kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Fran manages to reverse the position and now he's in Kong's guard. Nice work there by Fran.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fran is defended easily by Kong.
Fran closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kong to the mat! Kong manages to get full guard.

Fran is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Fran has control of Kong's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kong regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Fran is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kong has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Fran is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Kong is forced to tap! Great finish!
