Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Levi Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donovan Rudy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster slips a jab and a cross from Rudy.
Foster looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rudy, as that shot connected.
Rudy looks to land a combination. Foster sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Rudy misses with a double jab.

Foster bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rudy can't do much from the bottom here.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rudy can do anything to dispel that myth.
Rudy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Foster wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rudy wants to get back to his feet but Foster drags him back down.
Rudy wants to control but Foster postures up.
Rudy is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Foster asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Rudy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Rudy gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Foster trying to control the position from guard on top but Rudy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rudy seems keen to control Foster's posture.
Foster working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Foster prevents Rudy from getting back to his feet.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Foster tries to free his leg and advance position but Rudy is retaining full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Foster misses with a head kick.

Rudy misses with a few strikes there.
Rudy fails to land with a series of punches.
Rudy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Foster has time to react.
No joy there for Foster, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Foster counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Rudy looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Foster throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Foster is working for a submission of some sort.
Rudy scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Foster manages to mount him!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rudy is in a horrible position here. Foster smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Foster scoring with strikes but Rudy is staying in there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Levi Foster will probably get the nod.

Rudy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Foster.
Rudy misses with a two punch combination.
Rudy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rudy.

Rudy throws a series of punches but Foster moves out of range.
Foster fails with a takedown attempt.
Rudy leaves Foster with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No joy there for Rudy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rudy connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Foster has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Rudy scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Rudy is breathing heavily.
Rudy throws a series of punches but Foster moves out of range.
Foster throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rudy's waist but Rudy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Foster off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Levi Foster. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Foster tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rudy swivels and escapes.
Rudy looks to land a combination but Foster avoids it well.
Foster shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rudy pinned against the cage. Rudy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rudy throws a right and a left that Foster avoids nicely.

Rudy stalks Foster and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Foster's face. Foster staggers backwards, shaken.

Foster is rocked!
Rudy cracks Foster with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Foster falls to his knees and Rudy doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
