Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Duncan.

Duncan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Foster seems a little lost for a moment, as Duncan dominates the positioning.
I wouldn't like to be where Foster is right now.
You can see the frustration on Foster's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Foster shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Duncan but Duncan pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Foster closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Foster lands in his opponent's guard.
Duncan is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Foster dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Foster rushes Duncan and presses him up against the cage.
Foster tries to pull guard but Duncan won't allow it.
Foster is trying to drag Duncan to the mat but Duncan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Foster tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Duncan smiles and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Foster escapes and gets back to his feet.
Duncan closes the distance but Foster moves to the side

and Foster counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Foster.
Duncan tries to pull guard but Foster won't allow it.
Foster gets underhooks to prevent Duncan's takedown attempt.
Duncan is trying to drag Foster to the mat but Foster just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Foster pushes Duncan off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Foster tries to break free but Duncan pushes him back against the cage.

Foster's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Foster tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Duncan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Foster takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Levi Foster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Foster is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Duncan's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Duncan's back!

Foster is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Duncan with him. Duncan is trying to defend but Foster has an arm under the chin now! Duncan grimaces and is forced to tap out!
