Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Andronicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Higastsui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higastsui walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Higastsui bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Higastsui closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Higastsui wants to pass to mount but Andronicus is defending the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
