Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Simms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Turtle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bryan Simms has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simms feints and as Turtle raises his hands in defense, Simms changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Turtle had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Simms is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Turtle Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Simms's back instead.

Turtle is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Simms defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Simms is trying to defend against the choke here but Turtle has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Turtle Tightens the hold and Simms taps out furiously! Turtle displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
