Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Skeeter Gator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juliano Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gator's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Drop it Like its Hot. Junior has chosen Soulfly - Brasil as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Juliano Junior was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juliano Junior!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gator shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Junior napping and manages to drive through into side control!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gator trying to control the action but Junior is working from the bottom.
Gator is really struggling to control Junior but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Gator decides to stand back up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gator tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Junior circles away from the clinch attempt

and Junior counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gator's guard now.
Gator being controlled here, momentarily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Let's hope that Junior has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Juliano Junior has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Junior tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gator sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Junior somewhat.

Gator drives through with a takedown into Junior's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gator wants to control from the top but Junior keeps moving.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Gator preventing the sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We're going to have a standup here because Skeeter Gator wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Gator tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Junior misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Junior counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Junior controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Gator throws a front kick that sends Junior stumbling back into the cage.
Gator wants to clinch but Junior slips to the side

and Junior counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Junior with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Gator is breathing heavily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Juliano Junior will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Gator feints and as Junior raises his hands in defense, Gator changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Juliano Junior has got the better of the ground game so far.
Junior wants to sweep but no luck.
Junior keeping moving, preventing Gator from controlling successfully.

Skeeter Gator has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Gator closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Junior's guard.

Junior has his feet on Gator's thighs here. He's pushed Gator off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gator screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
