Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Mielonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Bedar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mielonka moves into range and clinches up with Bedar.
Bedar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mielonka holds on to Bedar around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.
Bedar misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Mielonka tries to lock up and control but Bedar gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Bedar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That was a close round but I would say that Joe Mielonka will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bedar shoots in looking for a takedown. Mielonka tries to sprawl out of it but Bedar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mielonka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
