Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dean Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard comes to the cage accompanied by Breathe- The prodigy. Anderson Alves has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anderson Alves!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Howard staying out of range there.
Howard closes the distance and clinches up with Alves, looking for a takedown. Howard pushes Alves against the cage but Alves circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Alves tests Howard's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Alves lands a body shot.
Alves tries to close the distance and clinch up but Howard swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Alves jabs Howard right on the nose. Howard blinks but takes it well.

Howard is rocked!

Alves moves into the clinch.
Oh Howard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A nice left hand lands by Alves.
A bit of stalling here from Alves.
Alves lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Howard to his knees! Alves keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anderson Alves!
