Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Angel Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rivera clinches with his opponent.

Goldberg is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Goldberg thows a huge punch but Rivera dodges it nicely.
Goldberg has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Goldberg takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Henry Goldberg has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Goldberg fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rivera sprawls well initially but Goldberg persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Goldberg maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Rivera could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Goldberg has cracked it and Rivera is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Goldberg!
