Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Villapudua looks to land a combination but Elowitz avoids it well.
Elowitz fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Villapudua sprawls well initially but Elowitz persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Villapudua wants to get back to full guard.
Elowitz is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Villapudua wants to improve his position but Elowitz is controlling well.
Villapudua actively working from the bottom here.
Villapudua wants to control but Elowitz is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Still in half guard, Elowitz seems content to control.
Elowitz is working for a submission of some sort.

Villapudua is staying active underneath Elowitz, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Elowitz is pressing down on Villapudua's thigh, looking to free his foot. Villapudua is holding on for now.

Elowitz perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Villapudua wants to improve his position but Elowitz is controlling well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Marcos Villapudua.
A looping hook to the body misses from Villapudua. Elowitz does a little dance to reset his feet.
Villapudua dives in and scores a takedown into Elowitz's guard.
Villapudua is looking to stand up but Elowitz won't let him.
Elowitz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Elowitz prevents Villapudua from improving his position.
Villapudua knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Elowitz on the ground.
Elowitz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Villapudua doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Elowitz.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Elowitz is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Villapudua is trying to maintain the position but Elowitz is very close to passing his half guard.
Elowitz wants to pass the guard but Villapudua is defending well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Elowitz is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Villapudua sees it coming and defends easily.
Villapudua blocking the ground and pound attempt from Elowitz.
Elowitz uses his free foot to push down on Villapudua's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Villapudua.
Elowitz looking to control and managing it successfully.
Elowitz has control of Villapudua's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Villapudua regains control of the situation pretty easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seth Elowitz dominated that round.
That's time! Villapudua's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Villapudua throws a quick inside leg kick.
Villapudua moves into the clinch.
Villapudua manages to break the clinch.
Villapudua swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Villapudua gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Elowitz is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Villapudua is trying to control the position but Elowitz postures up.

Villapudua is wriggling around but Elowitz manages to pass to half guard.
Villapudua wants to control but Elowitz is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Elowitz maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Villapudua could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Elowitz has cracked it and Villapudua is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Elowitz!
