Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gota Yo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Camas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yo comes to the cage accompanied by Pass Out. Camas is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qG1sZhO74A. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gota Yo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Owen Camas!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camas darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Yo has one foot on Camas's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Yo tries to close the distance and clinch but Camas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A head kick misses from Camas.
Yo tries for a takedown but Camas circles away easily
and Camas counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Camas trying to control the pace.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Camas tries to pass the half guard into mount. Yo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Owen Camas.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Camas.
Camas decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Camas not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Camas is taking a breather. Yo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Camas thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Yo's head.
Well, if Camas is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Owen Camas hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Yo shoots in but Camas avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Yo slips a jab and a cross from Camas.
Camas shoots in for a takedown but Yo shows good takedown defense.
Camas tries to clinch
and Yo counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Yo.
Yo lands a damaging elbow.
Camas pulls guard successfully.
Camas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yo is controlling him.
Yo is looking to stand up but Camas won't let him.
Camas is pulling down on Yo's head. It's preventing any offense from Yo, at least for the moment.
Camas wants to sweep here but Yo controlling him for the moment.

Camas is trying to keep Yo in close.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Owen Camas wasn't active enough on the ground.
Yo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Camas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Camas dives in and grabs Yo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Yo pushes down on Camas's head and hops out.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Yo is defended easily by Camas.
Camas closes the distance and clinches.
Camas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Yo just stands there and leans against the cage.
Yo tries to circle away but Camas has him pinned against the cage.
Yo tries to land knees in the clinch but Camas avoids the damage to the body.
Yo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Camas pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Camas breaks the clinch.
Yo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Yo has his takedown stuffed
and Camas counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Camas slaps away a takedown attempt from Yo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Camas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yo tries to avoid it but Camas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yo to the ground. Yo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Camas gets a takedown into half guard.
Camas thows a huge punch but Yo dodges it nicely.

Yo wants to get back to his feet.
Camas is trying to control the action in half guard but Yo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Camas lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Camas stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Yo to get to his feet.
Camas shoots in but no luck this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Camas tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yo swivels and escapes.
Camas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yo as he avoids it easily.
Camas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Yo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Camas counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Yo's guard now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Camas throws a right hand that Yo ducks under and follows up with a left that Yo also avoids with ease.
Camas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gota Yo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Camas rushes Yo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Yo misses with a punch to the body.
Yo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Camas fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Yo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Camas.
Camas closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Yo's guard.
Camas stands and throws Yo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
A lull in the action here.
Owen Camas is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight!
Owen Camas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Camas winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
