Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cu Chulainn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chulainn's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Blood of Cu Chulainn. Brown is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Avassalador ft. Globus - Sou Foda. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Chulainn.
Chulainn defending well as Brown loads up on a big left hand.
Brown staying out of range there.
Chulainn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brown.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brown lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Chulainn has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Chulainn and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Brown lands a jab to Chulainn's midsection.
Brown stuns Chulainn with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brown throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chulainn throws a good cross that connects.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Chulainn.

Chulainn ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Chulainn lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Brown takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brown throws a front kick aimed at Chulainn's knee but Chulainn avoids it well.
Chulainn looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Brown tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chulainn was well out of range. Poor timing from Brown.

and Chulainn counters with a crisp one two that drops Brown! Chulainn thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Brown to his feet! Brown is in big trouble!

Nice takedown defense from Chulainn. No joy for Brown on that attempt.

and Chulainn counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Brown pivots, looking for a leg kick but Chulainn is out of range and Brown settles back down.
Cu Chulainn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chulainn comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Brown looks gassed!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Brown is defended easily by Chulainn.
Brown is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Chulainn rather than just go for the knockout.

Chulainn pushes Brown up against the cage in a clinch.

Brown lands a left hand that snaps the head of Chulainn backwards.

Brown tries to pull guard but Chulainn won't allow it.
Cu Chulainn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Brown.

Brown moves forwards but Chulainn connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Brown throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Brown fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Chulainn on the side of the head.
Brown seems to have recovered his senses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Chulainn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Brown looks up at the clock. Bad move! Chulainn lands a right hand from hell, dropping Brown. Chulainn pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
