The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Furinji moves away.
Furinji lands a glancing blow to the side of Garcia's head.
It looks like Chase Garcia has been cut.
Garcia shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Furinji pinned against the cage. Furinji gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Furinji lands a jab to Garcia's midsection.
Garcia looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Furinji lands a big uppercut and Garcia crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Garcia looks OK. Furinji waves Garcia back to his feet!
Furinji darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Garcia's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Furinji before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
