Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marc Brodeur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shut Up by Mindless Self Indulgence kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nelson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Nelson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Brodeur defends it easily.
Brodeur makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Nelson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Brodeur is aware though and is defending well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brodeur wants to stand but Nelson is controlling his posture from full guard.

Brodeur has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Nelson to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Brodeur is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Nelson pulls down on the head and he's put Brodeur to sleep! This one is all over!
