The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ukkonen looks to throw the jab but Magnum is out of range.
Magnum tries to sprawl but Ukkonen drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Magnum makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Ukkonen has his takedown stuffed
and Magnum counters with an outside leg kick.
Ukkonen shoots in for a takedown but Magnum shows good takedown defense.
Magnum throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
