Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Esteban Cambiasso!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson avoids the body shot from Cambiasso.
Johnson looks to clinch
and Cambiasso counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Johnson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Cambiasso slips nicely into half guard.
Cambiasso is working for an americana but Johnson has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Cambiasso was thinking about the submission.
Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cambiasso's guard.

Cambiasso has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Cambiasso is looking to regain half guard here but Johnson keeps moving and retains side control.

and Johnson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Cambiasso swats away the attempt to clinch by Johnson.
Johnson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that John Johnson will probably get the nod.
