The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanjimoto has hold of Ducati's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ducati manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Ducati is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sanjimoto's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sanjimoto's back!

Ducati is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Sanjimoto knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Sanjimoto for a finish.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
