PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bhee Thuu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes into the arena with Gonna Fly Now by Bill Conti blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Brown.
Thuu tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Thuu decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brown to his feet.
Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brown stalks Thuu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Thuu's face. Thuu staggers backwards, shaken.
Brown wants to clinch but Thuu slips to the side

and Thuu counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Brown's guard now.
