The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawford looks for a takedown but Eastern sprawls well.
Eastern stalks Crawford and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Crawford's face. Crawford staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Tyrone Crawford has been cut.
Crawford loads up on a big right hand but Eastern slips the punch.
Eastern lands a two punch combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crawford closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Crawford prevents the takedown attempt.
Crawford fails to pull guard.
Eastern drops down looking for an ankle pick but Crawford pulls his leg out and moves away.
Eastern displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Crawford takes a swing at Eastern's ribcage but misses.
Crawford takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Eastern misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eastern stuffs the takedown attempt from Crawford. Crawford gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrone Crawford. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Crawford is breathing heavily.
Eastern blocks a head kick by Crawford.
Eastern scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Crawford is rocked!
Tyrone Crawford's cut is getting worse.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Eastern moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Crawford! Eastern continues to tee off on Crawford, landing with a left and a right! Eastern connects with a right hand that leaves Crawford sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Eastern!
