Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Morales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Eggson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eggson dives in and grabs Morales's left leg, looking for a takedown. Morales pushes down on Eggson's head and hops out.
Eggson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Eggson misses with a takedown attempt - Morales sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Eggson drives through and clinches with Morales against the cage.
Morales tries to break the clinch but Eggson is controlling the position.
Morales wants to get back to striking at distance but Eggson won't allow it.
Eggson tries to pull guard but Morales won't allow it.
Sergio Morales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl Eggson.
Morales has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Morales breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Eggson shoots in for a takedown but Morales shows good takedown defense.

Morales takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Eggson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Morales sizes up Eggson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Morales throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Eggson takes one to the chin there.
Morales connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Eggson's hands.
Eggson misses with a body shot.
Morales moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Eggson looks gassed!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Morales, as that shot connected.
Morales thows a body shot but no joy.
Eggson misses with a jab to the body
and Morales counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Morales throws a series of punches but Eggson moves out of range.
Morales throws a right hand that Eggson ducks under and follows up with a left that Eggson also avoids with ease.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Morales throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eggson.

Eggson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Morales sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Morales lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Eggson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Eggson shoots for a double leg takedown but Morales sprawls well. He's pushed Eggson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Morales. That snapped Eggson's head back.
Morales throws a series of punches but Eggson avoids them all with ease.
Morales bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Eggson's head.

Eggson is rocked!
Eggson is trying desperately to land a takedown but Morales is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Eggson.
Eggson throws a wild hook but Morales just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Eggson gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Morales raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
