Deck has chosen Tupac: ambitions as a rider as his entrance music. Drew Riddle could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to JT Deck's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Riddle.
Deck misses with a takedown attempt - Riddle sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Riddle fails with a takedown attempt.
Riddle changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Deck tries to avoid it but Riddle manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Deck to the ground. Deck escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
JT Deck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Deck tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Deck tries to clinch up but Riddle circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Riddle connects with a high kick.
Deck misses with a takedown
and Riddle counters with a series of strikes. Deck will be more careful next time no doubt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Riddle shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Riddle showed some decent athleticism there.

Deck is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Riddle pulls his head out easily.
Riddle is controlling the pace.

Deck working for a triangle but Riddle defends it easily.

Deck had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Riddle is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Deck Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Riddle's back instead.

Deck is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Riddle knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Riddle for a finish.
