And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Ukobach Hasmal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hasmal misses with an uppercut. Durden saw that one coming.
Durden checks a low kick from Hasmal.
Durden lands a body shot.
Durden rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Hasmal to counter with a crisp jab.
Durden misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hasmal counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Durden throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Durden misses with a hook
and Hasmal counters with an inside leg kick.
Hasmal takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hasmal throws a right hand that misses
and Durden counters with a right hand to the body.
Hasmal looks gassed!
Durden thuds a left hand into Hasmal's body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Durden misses with a low kick as Hasmal jumps back.

Hasmal uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Durden.
Durden misses the shot to the body.
Durden throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A punch combination from Durden misses.

Hasmal throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Durden throws an off balance right hand
and Durden takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Durden lands with an overhand left.


It looks like Ukobach Hasmal has been cut.
Hasmal thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Durden if he has to take too many more of those.
Durden defending well as Hasmal loads up on a big left hand.

Durden avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Durden misses with a body shot
and Hasmal counters with a slapping leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hasmal.
Durden looks to land a left hand but Hasmal moved out of range nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyler Durden dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ukobach Hasmal's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

and Hasmal counters with a body kick that stops Durden in his tracks momentarily.
Durden throws a lazy uppercut
and Hasmal counters with a thumping low kick.
Durden misses with a hook
and Hasmal counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hasmal is looking to land body kicks.
Durden is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Hasmal's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Hasmal tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Durden counters with a nice uppercut.

Hasmal throws a head kick that misses.
Hasmal tries to clinch up
and Durden counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Durden scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hasmal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hasmal keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Durden takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Hasmal chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hasmal looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hasmal tries a head kick but it misses.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Durden misses with a right hand
and Hasmal counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Durden is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Hasmal throws a sloppy head kick and Durden moves out of range easily.
Durden lands a right hook to the body.
Hasmal misses with a lunging right hand
and Durden counters with a nice uppercut.
Durden jabs at Hasmal's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Hasmal wants to clinch
and Durden counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Hasmal steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Durden.
A bone on bone clash there as Durden blocks the leg kick.
Durden throws a poor cross that misses
and Hasmal counters with a low kick, right behind Durden 's knee.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hasmal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hasmal.
Durden avoids the head kick by Hasmal.
Hasmal tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Durden manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ukobach Hasmal has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Durden throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hasmal counters with a thumping low kick.
Hasmal throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Nice jab there from Durden.
Tyler Durden is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Durden thows a body shot but no joy.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hasmal slips a straight right by Durden.
Hasmal scoring well with a low kick there.
Durden blocks a head kick by Hasmal.
Hasmal wants to clinch.
Durden throws a lazy uppercut
and Hasmal counters with a big head kick but Durden shrugs it off.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hasmal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Durden keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hasmal.
Hasmal uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Durden.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hasmal feints and then cracks Durden's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Durden down.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tyler Durden.
Well Durden has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
