The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozakov ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Left hook, right uppercut from Kozakov.
Slobovic shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kozakov defends it nicely.
Kozakov explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Slobovic is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kozakov closes the distance and pushes Slobovic back into the cage.

Kozakov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Slobovic shoots for a takedown but Kozakov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kozakov connects with a leg kick. Slobovic looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Slobovic.

Kozakov gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kozakov lands a big right hand that sends Slobovic crashing to the mat! Kozakov stays standing though and waves Slobovic back to his feet!

Slobovic is rocked!
Kozakov lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Slobovic crumples to the floor! Kozakov milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
