Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonidas Sparta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Trejo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trejo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Six Blade Knife. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonidas Sparta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny Trejo!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Sparta does no damage.
Sparta misses with a series of wild punches.
Sparta swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Trejo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sparta takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Leonidas Sparta has been cut.
Trejo closes the distance and pushes Sparta back into the cage.
Sparta is trying to drag Trejo to the mat but Trejo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Trejo goes for a takedown in the clinch but Sparta prevents it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trejo breaks the clinch.
Trejo scores with a push kick.
Trejo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Crunch! Trejo slams his shin into Sparta's torso.
Sparta is breathing heavily.
Sparta thows a body shot but no joy.
Trejo tries for a takedown but Sparta sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from Sparta misses.
Trejo throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Sparta takes a kick to the side of the head.
Trejo lets loose with a powerful body kick. Sparta will feel that in the morning.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good shot there by Trejo.
Leonidas Sparta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Trejo throws a powerful right kick. Sparta tried to block low but the kick was high! Sparta was taken right off of his feet! Trejo jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Danny Trejo!
