Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Bobbertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adamek comes to the cage accompanied by KSW. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bobby Bobbertson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tomasz Adamek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bobby Bobbertson!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bobbertson tries to close the distance and clinch but Adamek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bobbertson darts in trying to clinch
and Adamek counters with a series of strikes. Bobbertson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Adamek tries to land a front kick but Bobbertson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Adamek throws a head kick that half lands.
Adamek is looking to clinch.
Bobbertson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Adamek pinned against the cage. Adamek gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bobby Bobbertson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Adamek circles away from the clinch attempt
and Adamek counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Adamek.
Adamek tries to pull guard but Bobbertson holds him up against the cage and eventually Adamek drops back down to his feet.
Adamek crunches a lovely knee into Bobbertson's ribcage.
Bobbertson wants to break free but Adamek has control.
Bobbertson is pressed up against the cage. Adamek has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bobbertson down to the mat. Bobbertson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Horrible takedown by Adamek or perhaps it was just good defense by Bobbertson which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tomasz Adamek. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Adamek looks for a takedown but Bobbertson sprawls well.
Bobbertson closes the distance looking to clinch
and Adamek counters with a slapping leg kick.
Adamek fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bobbertson.
Bobbertson tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Adamek counters with a solid body kick.
Bobbertson misses with a looping right.
Bobbertson tries to clinch up.
Adamek moves into range and clinches up with Bobbertson.
Adamek manages to break the clinch.
Adamek shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bobbertson tries to close the distance and clinch but Adamek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bobbertson is looking to clinch but Adamek is avoiding it.
Adamek looks for a takedown but Bobbertson sprawls well.
Adamek throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bobbertson's waist but Bobbertson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Adamek off to one side.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bobbertson tries a head kick but it misses.
Adamek is looking to clinch.
Adamek fails with the takedown.
Adamek is breathing heavily.
Adamek will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bobbertson closes the distance and clinches.
Adamek cracks Bobbertson with a nice body shot.
Adamek breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bobbertson tries to close the distance and clinch but Adamek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bobbertson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bobbertson shoots in looking for a takedown but Adamek manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bobbertson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Adamek blocks a head kick by Bobbertson.
Adamek could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bobbertson.
Bobbertson lands a big head kick that sends Adamek tumbling to the mat! Bobbertson takes a step backwards and waves Adamek back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Tomasz Adamek has been cut.
Bobbertson throws a powerful right kick. Adamek tried to block low but the kick was high! Adamek was taken right off of his feet! Bobbertson jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bobby Bobbertson!
