Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Grossman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Balboa's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Eye Of The Tiger. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Robert Grossman enters the cage!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Grossman!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grossman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Balboa.

Michael Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Balboa lands with a hook. Grossman tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Grossman moves away from the strike by Balboa.
Grossman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Grossman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Balboa.

Grossman won't let Balboa get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Grossman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Balboa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Grossman's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Balboa connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Grossman scrambles back to his feet.

Grossman drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Balboa dives on top into guard.

Balboa decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Grossman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

And that's the end of the fight!
Michael Balboa showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Balboa, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
