The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Rastafari - just one landing.
Rastafari connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Cummins has Rastafari up against the cage in a clinch.
Rastafari taking a breather.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Rastafari.

Rastafari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cummins blocks a low kick nicely.
Cummins avoids the head kick by Rastafari.
Cummins shoots in but no luck this time.
Cummins blocks a head kick by Rastafari.
Rastafari slaps away a takedown attempt from Cummins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rastafari keeps the fight on the outside.
Rastafari pivots, looking for a leg kick but Cummins is out of range and Rastafari settles back down.
Cummins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rastafari sprawls well. Rastafari wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cummins gets slowly back to his feet.
Math Rastafari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clessie Cummins.

Math Rastafari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cummins tries to close the distance and clinch but Rastafari swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rastafari leaves Cummins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rastafari. Cummins does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rastafari lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Rastafari tries a low kick but Cummins avoids it.
Rastafari uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cummins has time to react.
Cummins is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Cummins takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A swing and a miss from Rastafari.
Cummins needs to keep his hands up - Rastafari had a free shot at his head there.
Rastafari throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cummins closes the distance and clinches.
Rastafari is trying to break the clinch but Cummins is controlling him.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rastafari wants to break free but Cummins has control.
Cummins is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rastafari pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Rastafari lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Rastafari is looking to control Cummins's arms but Cummins gets an underhook and turns him. Now Rastafari has his back to the cage.

Rastafari lands a hook that snaps the head of Cummins backwards.

Cummins has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rastafari is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Cummins is trying desperately to land a takedown but Rastafari is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Cummins.
Rastafari is trying to push Cummins away but Cummins has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Cummins jumps guard but Rastafari stands there with Cummins around his waist. Cummins gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Rastafari lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Cummins fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rastafari scores with a shoulder strike.

It looks like Clessie Cummins has been cut.
Cummins looks gassed!
Cummins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rastafari walks away with a smile on his face. Cummins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Rastafari clobbers Cummins with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Rastafari cracks Cummins with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Cummins looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Rastafari lunges at Cummins with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cummins's hand.
Cummins takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Rastafari fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Cummins on the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rastafari misses with a head kick.
Rastafari works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Cummins is rocked!
Rastafari scores with a decent looking hook.
Cummins is still on wobbly legs! Can Rastafari finish him?
Rastafari throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Cummins crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Math Rastafari!
