Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kah Fing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Hughers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fing comes to the cage accompanied by Whats My Name. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Fing. That snapped Hughers's head back.
Fing throws a front kick aimed at Hughers's knee but Hughers avoids it well.
Fing tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hughers paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hughers circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice defenses there by Hughers.
Fing pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Hughers misses with a takedown attempt
and Fing counters with a body kick that stops Hughers in his tracks momentarily.
Fing takes a swing at Hughers's ribcage but misses.

Fing fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hughers, pushing him back against the cage.
Fing is leaning against Hughers and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Fing pushes off an throws an elbow but Hughers leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Fing lands a good knee to the midsection. Hughers won't want to take too many of those.

Hughers's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Fing breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fing tries a head kick but it misses.
Fing throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nice body kick there by Fing.
Fing dips to his left and cracks Hughers with an uppercut!
Fing lands with an uppercut that bounces Hughers off the cage and back into rage.
Fing fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hughers checks it well.
Fing moves into range and connects with a jab.
Fing is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hughers.

Fing fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hughers, pushing him back against the cage.

Fing manages to break the clinch.
Fing tries to close the distance and clinch but Hughers swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hughers doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Fing clinches up with Hughers and pushes him back against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fing lands a knee to the body.
Hughers looks gassed!

Fing breaks the clinch.
Fing jabs Hughers right on the nose. Hughers blinks but takes it well.
Nice body kick from Fing.
Fing wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Fing misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fing connects with a leg kick. Hughers looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hughers takes one to the side of the head.

Fing gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Fing works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Fing scores a nice knee to the body.
Fing is leaning against Hughers and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Fing pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fing tries to clinch but Hughers moves out of range.
Kah Fing is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fing throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fing wants to clinch up but Hughers keeps it at a distance.
Kah Fing seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fing tries to clinch there but Hughers circles away.
Fing lands a nice looking body kick.
Hughers takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hughers shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Fing gets a clinch.
Fing gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Fing pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hughers has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Fing.
Fing sizes up Hughers with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Fing tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Fing forces Hughers back against the cage and clinches.
Fing putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Hughers in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Fing breaks from the clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fing rushes Hughers and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

A nice left hand lands by Fing.
Fing lands a knee to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kah Fing dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Hughers gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Fing to counter with a crisp jab.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Fing.
Hughers gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fing looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hughers throws out a loose jab but Fing uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hughers is breathing heavily.
Hughers swats away the attempt to clinch by Fing.

and Fing cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hughers takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Fing changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A slapping leg kick lands for Fing.
Hughers doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A jab from Fing finds it's way through Hughers's defenses.
Fing scores with a nice right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fing buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kah Fing is winning the standup battle so far.
Fing works the jab nicely.
Fing jabs Hughers to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hughers has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Fing.
Fing connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Fing thumps Hughers with a low kick.
Fing lands a leg kick that knocks Hughers off balance momentarily.
Hughers takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fing tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hughers manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hughers with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Fing to score with a decent uppercut.
The fighters circle, before Fing throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Hughers's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Fing lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
