Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bone Krusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Svensson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Svensson's choice of entrance music: asdfghjkl. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bone Krusher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sven Svensson!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krusher throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Krusher drives through and clinches with Svensson against the cage.
Krusher misses with a knee to the head.

Krusher drags the fight down to the ground.
Svensson with a nice head shot there.
Krusher is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Svensson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Svensson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Svensson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Krusher throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Krusher not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Krusher utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Krusher has control of Svensson's left arm, preventing Svensson from doing any damage.

Svensson throws a big right hand that misses.

Krusher tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Svensson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Krusher manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Svensson has Krusher in his guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Svensson can do anything to dispel that myth.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bone Krusher.

Krusher gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Krusher is pulling down on Svensson's head to control his posture.

Svensson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Krusher is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Krusher has escaped and now he's on top!
Krusher wanted to stand there but Svensson had control of the position.

Krusher closes the distance and clinches.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Krusher has closed the distance and engaged Svensson in a clinch.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!



Krusher rushes Svensson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Svensson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Svensson manages to end up in side control.
Krusher is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Svensson is controlling him well.
Krusher gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Krusher knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Svensson on the ground.
Krusher wants to control but Svensson is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Krusher is doing well to control the position and prevent Svensson from advancing to side control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Krusher has momentary wrist control but Svensson slips an elbow through the middle.
Krusher is looking to stand up but Svensson isn't so interested in that idea.
Svensson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Krusher's head.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Svensson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Svensson postures up in Krusher's guard and throws a big left but Krusher blocks it.
Svensson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Svensson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Krusher wants to stand and escape but Svensson is having none of it.

Svensson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Krusher dives on top into guard.

Bone Krusher has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Krusher bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Sven Svensson.
I think Svensson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
