The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jagatic prevents Beam from breaking the clinch.

Beam drags the fight down to the ground.
Jagatic tries to stand but Beam is controlling from the bottom.

Beam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jagatic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
