Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samsonov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Samsonov misses the jab.
Sandar tries to bum rush Samsonov with a series of wild strikes but Samsonov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Samsonov thuds his shin into the meat of Sandar's side.
Sandar looks gassed!
A chopping leg kick lands by Samsonov.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Samsonov sends Sandar crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Samsonov is motioning to the referee to let Sandar up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Sandar is rocked!

It looks like Julian Sandar has been cut.
Samsonov lands with a shot to the body.
Sandar is still on wobbly legs! Can Samsonov finish him?
Sandar tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Samsonov digs a good body shot into Sandar's ribs.
Sandar seems to have recovered his senses.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sandar is on top in guard.
Samsonov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sandar is controlling him.
Sandar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sandar tries to free his leg and advance position but Samsonov is retaining full guard.
Sandar wants to control from the top but Samsonov keeps moving.
Samsonov wants to stand and escape but Sandar is having none of it.
Samsonov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Sandar throws a shot from downtown. Samsonov moves away and avoids it.

Samsonov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Samsonov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Samsonov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Samsonov counters with a right hand from hell and Sandar is out cold! A vicious knockout!
