Braincells comes to the cage accompanied by BoneCrusher- Aint neva scared. Silva has chosen Kashmir as his entrance music. Lostma Braincells has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braincells with a poor takedown
and Silva counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Braincells ducks under a wild hook from Silva.
Braincells looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Silva is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Silva throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Braincells doesn't manage to clinch there - Silva circles away.
Silva fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Braincells.
Silva fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Braincells on the side of the head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva.
Silva misses with a left hand
and Braincells counters with a nice uppercut.
Braincells tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Braincells takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Braincells is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Braincells blocks a jab.
Silva scores with a shot to the body.
Braincells takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Braincells drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Silva feints a jab promting Braincells to slip. Silva then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Braincells slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Braincells walks into a stiff left hand from Silva.
Silva missing with a left hand there. Braincells was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Silva's corner calls for a 1-2. Silva obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice straight punches there by Silva. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silva.
Braincells moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Braincells is rocked!
Silva throws a body kick that misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Silva.
Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Braincells circles away quickly and effectively.
Silva connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Braincells ducks under a wild hook from Silva.
Silva throws a body punch but Braincells moves out of range.
A solid leg kick lands there for Silva.
Silva misses with a straight right.

Silva lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Braincells staying out of range there.
Braincells walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Shogun Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Braincells on the side of the head.
Silva dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Braincells. That did some damage!
Silva scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Oh Braincells is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Silva cracks Braincells with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Braincells looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Silva finish him?
Shogun Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Silva looks to throw the jab but Braincells is out of range.
Silva throws a hook to the side of Braincells's head but Braincells sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Braincells seems to have got his legs back now.
Silva misses with a hook
and Braincells counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Silva thinking.
Braincells chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Silva can pounce on him.
Silva thows a body shot but no joy.

Silva lands a left and a right that send Braincells crashing to the mat, dazed. Silva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Silva fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Braincells to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Braincells looks to clinch but Silva throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Braincells taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
