Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Toru Ohta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Poncjusz Zabawka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ohta comes into the arena with Technopolis blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Poncjusz Zabawka!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ohta throws a hook to the side of Zabawka's head but Zabawka sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Toru Ohta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ohta jabs Zabawka to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ohta changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ohta missing with a left hand there. Zabawka was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Ohta throws a lazy right hand but Zabawka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Zabawka displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ohta throws out the jab.

Ohta misses with a straight right.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ohta darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ohta throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ohta misses with a body shot.
Ohta gets caught flat footed, as Zabawka shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Zabawka chips away with some ground and pound.
Zabawka trying to control the position from guard on top but Ohta is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Ohta is trying to control the position but Zabawka postures up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toru Ohta has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Ohta connects with a good right hand that stumbles Zabawka. Zabawka circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Ohta is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ohta throws a jab but it's blocked by Zabawka.
Zabawka looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Ohta!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ohta is in a horrible position here. Zabawka smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Ohta is rocked!
Zabawka lands a big shot there that rocks Ohta but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Oh Ohta is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zabawka postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Ohta badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zabawka around the waist but Zabawka pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zabawka is the winner by TKO! Zabawka jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Poncjusz Zabawka!
