Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nyquil Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elliot Stabler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salazar comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman. Stabler is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Grown Men Don't Cry. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nyquil Salazar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elliot Stabler!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stabler checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Salazar misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Salazar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Stabler to score an easy takedown into full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Nyquil Salazar will probably get the nod.

Stabler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Salazar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stabler has managed to get both his arms back between Salazar's legs - danger averted.
