The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogg moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Hogg loads up on a big right hand but Redding slips the punch.
Hogg throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Redding.

It looks like Tom Redding has been cut.
Redding throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Hogg lands with a thumping leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Redding waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hogg.
Redding steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hogg.
Hogg scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Hogg.
Redding walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A head kick from Hogg lands but Redding takes it in his stride.

Hogg uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Redding.

Hogg uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Redding.
Redding takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Redding is breathing heavily.

That kick from Hogg tenderised Redding's leg. Redding is trying to keep his angry face on.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hogg.
Hogg cracks Redding with an open hand slap.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hogg drops Redding with a big knee straight up the middle! Redding is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
