Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zeke Glisky !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurt Vogel!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Vogel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vogel throws a right hand that misses
and Vogel takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Glisky fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Vogel on the side of the head.
Vogel misses with an uppercut. Glisky saw that one coming.
Vogel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Vogel tries a low kick but Glisky avoids it.
Vogel stuffs the takedown attempt from Glisky . Glisky gets slowly back to his feet.
Kurt Vogel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vogel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vogel lands a body shot.
Vogel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vogel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Glisky moves away.

Glisky cracks Vogel with an open hand slap.
Glisky takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Vogel, right into the meat.

Glisky fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Vogel on the side of the head.
Glisky shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vogel sprawls well. Vogel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Glisky gets slowly back to his feet.
Vogel throws a right and a left that Glisky avoids nicely.
Glisky throws a leg kick but Vogel sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kurt Vogel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Glisky moves out of range as Vogel throws a body kick.
Vogel misses with a body kick.
No luck for Glisky with that takedown attempt.

Vogel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Glisky stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Vogel missing with a left hand there. Glisky was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Glisky closes the distance and pushes Vogel back into the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kurt Vogel seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Vogel throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Vogel takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Vogel stuffs the takedown.
Glisky lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Glisky rushes Vogel and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Vogel tries to circle away but Glisky has him pinned against the cage.
Vogel has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Glisky keeps control of Vogel as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Vogel has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Glisky manages to pull guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Zeke Glisky will probably get the nod.
That's time! Glisky 's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

I would just about give that final round to Kurt Vogel.
I think Vogel has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
