The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Positions pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Positions is defended easily by Hoost.
The crowd cheers as Positions lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hoost doesn't seem phased though.
Hoost throws a hook to the side of Positions's head but Positions sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hoost throws a leg kick
and Positions counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hoost thinking.
Positions tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hoost scoring well with a low kick there.
Hoost throws a push kick but Positions slaps the foot to one side.
Positions misses with a body shot.
Sebastiaan Hoost is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hoost throws a right hand that Positions ducks under and follows up with a left that Positions also avoids with ease.
A low kick from Hoost is predictable there
and Positions cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hoost misses the shot to the body.
Positions shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Positions trying to pass the guard but Hoost defending well.
Hoost has hold of Positions's hands but Positions slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Hoost regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Positions.
Hoost wants to sweep but no luck.

Hoost is trying to keep Positions in close.
Positions working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hoost looking to control.
Positions throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sebastiaan Hoost.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hoost. Positions does a little dance to reset his feet.
