Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chan Wook Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aldo has chosen Kickstart as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Aldo wants to clinch up but Parker keeps it at a distance.
Parker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Aldo misses with a head kick.
Parker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aldo.
Parker connects with the punch.
Parker with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Aldo misses with a wild body shot.
Parker swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Aldo.
Aldo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Aldo misses with a double jab
and Parker counters with a nice low kick that buckles Aldo's knee momentarily.
Aldo throws a head kick but Parker moves out of range.
Parker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Aldo back to the cage. Parker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Aldo misses with a takedown attempt - Parker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Parker is looking to slow Aldo down with leg kicks.

Parker throws a series of strikes that have Aldo backpedaling.
Aldo walks into a left hand.
Aldo throws a front kick aimed at Parker's knee but Parker avoids it well.
Aldo tries for a takedown but Parker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Parker.
Jose Aldo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Parker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Aldo throws a sloppy head kick and Parker moves out of range easily.
Nice sprawl there from Parker as Aldo shoots in.
Chan Wook Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Aldo.
Parker lands a jab to the nose.
Parker throws a nice inside leg kick.
A low kick from Aldo misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Aldo looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aldo shoots in but Parker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Aldo dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Aldo's head and hops out.

An inside leg kick lands from Parker.
No joy there for Aldo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Aldo throws a right hand that Parker ducks under and follows up with a left that Parker also avoids with ease.
Parker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aldo.
Aldo is trying desperately to land a takedown but Parker is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Aldo.
Parker moves into range and connects with a jab.
Aldo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Parker cracks Aldo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Parker cracks a nice hook into Aldo's ribs.
Nice body punch from Parker.
Parker lands a leg kick that knocks Aldo off balance momentarily.
Parker lands a nice hook to Aldo's body. Aldo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Parker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Aldo circles away quickly and effectively.
Aldo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Parker finds it's way round the side to connect with Aldo's head.
Aldo is still on wobbly legs! Can Parker finish him?
Parker measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Aldo! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
