The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neder throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Morales was covering up waiting for the punch and Neder finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Morales lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Neder!

Morales can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Neder is looking to escape.
Neder wants to hold on but Morales pushes him away.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Neder can do anything to dispel that myth.
Neder is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Morales is staying active.
Neder is working to get back to half guard.

Morales has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Morales is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Neder is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Neder flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Morales anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Neder and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Morales slips an arm under Neder chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Morales has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Morales is squeezing on Neder like an anaconda would it's prey. Neder fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
