Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thom Le Bou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Clooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Le Bou might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to H.A.M. - Kanye west. Clooten has chosen Hot Ride by The Prodigy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Bou misses the shot to the body.
Clooten looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Clooten shoots in looking for a takedown. Le Bou tries to sprawl out of it but Clooten keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Le Bou manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Le Bou passes Clooten's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Le Bou is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Clooten defends it well.

and Le Bou counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Thom Le Bou.
I think Le Bou has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
