Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maguila Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bostjan Ocvirk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ocvirk has chosen Hate Me Now as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Maguila Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bostjan Ocvirk!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva stuffs the takedown attempt from Ocvirk. Ocvirk gets slowly back to his feet.
A right-left combo lands from Silva.
Ocvirk shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ocvirk closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Ocvirk pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Maguila Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bostjan Ocvirk.
Silva scores with a jab to the body.
Silva lands a two punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva connects with the punch.
Silva bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ocvirk's head backwards.
Ocvirk is rocked!
Silva stuffs the takedown.
Ocvirk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Ocvirk persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing.
Ocvirk walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Ocvirk is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Silva with a jab.
Silva lands a slapping body shot.
Silva with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Ocvirk seems to have recovered his senses.
Ocvirk is trying desperately to land a takedown but Silva is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Ocvirk.
Ocvirk looks gassed!
Ocvirk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Ocvirk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Silva lands a left and a right that send Ocvirk crashing to the mat, dazed. Silva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Silva is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Silva shuts the power down on Ocvirk. Lights out, game over! Silva is your winner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Maguila Silva!
